Took my push lawnmower in and was told it would be about a week before it was looked at. After about a 3 weeks I get a call saying they called me twice before about it being ready for pickup. I have both caller ID and voicemail and I never received a call from them before that day. When I finally get it home the lawnmower wouldn't start. I called to complain but found them responsive to my call. They had me bring it back in and found that there was an issue and they took care of it.
