I purchased a municipal grey carpet for two offices. The first day I walked in, I was greeted by Tim who was very friendly. One other lady took us to the back and went through all the available carpets and even helped us to match our sample. She was very polite and very patient. We were really not sure as to how we could find a match since our sample was pretty old, but she went out of her way to help.
