Prestige Plumbing's name was on water heater, so when it started leaking we called them. I am more than capable of repairing a water heater, as I have replaced them in the past, but time and effort were a factors. From our first phone call, they were cordial, professional, and timely. I talked to them on Thursday afternoon and they said they would come out the next day. I asked them if there was any chance to come out the same day, and they told me they would check and call me back. They called me back in 5 minutes and explained that they could not make it out that day, but they would make us the first stop Friday morning. I do not need to be told exactly what I want to hear, but I expect that they will at least check and follow up, and they were very prompt.
They showed up about 8:45 in the morning and they were done by 9:30. They were professional and they knew what they were doing from the get go. I have already recommended them to my neighbor and I would recommend them again.
