We recently had an oil change done here and I was appalled at the mess they made in my engine compartment. There was oil all over the pulleys, serpentine belt, and fender wells. When asked about it, they denied doing it, became confrontational, and tried to convince us that we had sprayed WD-40 on it ourselves. I also checked the oil on the dipstick and it appeared to be new and used oil mixed together. The salesperson was very rude and insulting to my wife when we talked to her about it.
