Contrary to most of the Reviews this one will try to be more positive and give an accurate description and more helpful tool to consider living here. The building is an all electric, no frills apartment, with management that tries to be and/is as fair and professional in dealings with tenants as possible. The location strong and the prices are competitive. Management prefers honest, sincere and rule abiding tenants seeking value housing rather than grudges and controlling you to NOT CONSIDER LIVING HERE. SO BE WISE and Come take a look at us to decide for yourself!
