I used to go to this shop for years and went there recently to get a lot of work done to a used car that I just bought. Unfortunately I never took the time to figure out that this is an individually owned franchise and had just been sold to this Jun Pak person a couple years back. I had some major problems with my heater which is a horror story on it's own (save that for a future post when I have time to write that up).
