I have been taking my dog there for almost two years for grooming. Although it has always smelled horrible, he seemed to be OK and it was a convenient location.
My dog is a rescue so as I explained to them, I want to drop him off when they are ready to groom him and pick him up the minute he is done.
Today I dropped him off at 11 am and went there at 4 PM while he was still on the table. Which means he had been there for 5 hours already.
The groomer Sue yelled at me and said she didn't want to groom my dog because he cries and it bothers her head. Of course he cries, you locked him up for 5 hours!
In the two years I have gone there, I have asked how he was EVERY time I pick him up. I have always had positive feedback except for today.
I will NEVER bring him back there. The place is dirty, it has a horrible smell, the people are rude, and their customer service is despicable.
