We live in an old house and knew one day we would have to replace our sewer line. We called Roto Rooter for service when one of our drains backed up. They sent out James Wallace. He was fantastic. Thorough, professional, explained every step of the problem and what we needed to do. He was a great communicator and easy to contact when we had questions. We decided to have the work done. One week later the crew was on site, two gentlemen named Dan and Dan (I didn't get their last names.)
