I was a little turned off by appt. only until I showedup. Very professional and informative. I had thermospas come to my house, what a joke they wanted 14k for a 6 seater. Shopped hotspring and sundance 6-20 k. Lifespas build them everyway and beat the hell out of their competitors prices. I've owned my spa for 3 years and use it almost daily, works perfect. There duraflex material is incredible, the salesman even slammed it with a hammer!!
