I hired this company in August due to rodents in my attic. Yes, they were able to come out the very next day after I called, to get the contract signed and their $$ up front, which was $600!! So far they have been out 4 times, and each time I have to wait about a week for an appointment. Each time, they claim to have sealed another new entry point they have found. I am not an exterminator, but It seems that all these holes should have been found the first couple times they came out.
