front desk was previously a real downer, it has improved lately. When you call they often put you on hold what seems like a long time. My sylist, Stephanie, is fabulous. She really listens to me, but more than that, gives a GREAT cut that lasts and lasts. Grows out fabulous, styles itself, she is good!
