Our experience with this place was tasteless and heartless. Our family doesn't recommend this place to anyone who truly loves there loved ones. The customer service is without any compassion of loved one's feelings or pain. This faciltiy is all about rules and regulations and what best suites them since most services are pre-paid so any hearfelt compassion is dead. You did nothing to make this easy for us. You left my sister in the fridge for over a week after we pleaded and begged to have the delay checked. After we did our investigation and had all the loopholes fixed you still did nothing to take care of the cremation on a timely basis. You turned our grief into frustration and STRESS. When I die I absolutely do not want to be placed in your care. People check the funeral homes before you put your loved ones in their hands, sometimes paying just a little more gets you a little more compassion. I give this place a very low rating. I will be glad when we never have to deal with you ever again. My nicece was dumb for ever sending her mom to your facility.
