My spouse and I have over 60 years combined working with and for auto companies. We bought a 2009 GMC Sierra last October. We recently had an time-sensitive issue to deal with and the folks at Beck and Masten went out their way to help us with it. the folks in Service have all just blown our socks off! Never would I have expected to come across a car dealer with such a high level of customer focus - before, during and after the sale. Wow!
