My car broke down recently and i was in an area of the city i was not familiar with. I had it towed to the closest shop around, being firestone on commonwealth avenue. It was late in the evening and the shop was just about closing and i was greeted with open arms. I told them my situation and that i need to be in another state that night. They stayed late to help "diagnose" the problem with my car and even stayed late to fix it!!!!! I spoke with the manager, who is extremely friendly, caring and professional. Not only was my car running better than it was before but i got where i needed to be that night. I live a bit outside of boston but i will never go anywhere else for the maintenace of my car. This shop is honest, trustworthy and everything is explained thoroughly so you know what is going on!! i truly reccomend this shop to everyone!! Thanks again josh!
