I'm fairly new to the area, and I called this morning to find out more about the studio. The lady who answered sounded rushed, made it really clear that I was interrupting her day, and heavily sighed when I requested further information.
Seriously?
Well, I guess they have more business than they need. I was very disappointed as I had received a personal recommendation for them, and can't wait to relay my experience back. The interaction could not have been colder or more unfriendly. And instead of inviting me to go ahead and make an appointment (which I called wanting to do), she hurried me off the phone. WOW!.
I just don't see how it could have all these LIGITIMATE 5 star ratings with this type of service . . . .
