I have been a customer of Continental Diamond for a few years. I am always amazed with the friendliness of the staff. my experience today with their watch repair shop was super. I brought mt wife's watch in today to have the battery replaced. They always do much more than just the replacement. They will also buff out any scratches. because of the extra time it will generally be a couple of days before it is worked on. Today they noticed I am from Burnsville. The individual doing the service took care of everything while I waited. Outstanding! This is a jewelry store like no other in terms of service, plus they sell the best stuff.
