I had gone to this Midas once before and was puttoff by how i was treated, but i decided to give them a second chance.
I needed to get my check engine light looked at, (which they do as a free service) and knowing they would be busy on a weekend, i called ahead to see about arranging a time. I was told i could come in whenever and they would hook it up. Great!
On getting there, it was as busy as i expected and inside i spoke to the manager. He said, to give him a minute and he would bring it in to take a look. He did not even take my key or anything. So far, still okay.
Then, i waited for 20 minutes for one of the several workers to take my keys or ask if they could help. Nothing!
So i went to stand at the counter to see if i could get their attention and find out how much longer i was going to have to wait. After another 5 minutes of waiting and no so much as even being recognized that i was waiting, I left.
I will NEVER take my car back there again. They may have good mechanics and i will never know becuase both times i have got blocked by their horrible customer service skills.
