I went for perm. .The girl said she never used that perm before and had to read the directions first. The result was a disaster. I had no curl at all just fly away fried hair. I asked for a refund, Owner refused.Then he said he would refund my money if the girl would admit this was the first time she ever used that type of perm. She lied and said she used it many times and then she refused to discuss it further and walked away. After much arguing the owner gave me a certificate for several deep conditiionings which did nothing and a face wax that resulted in several skin burns around my eyes.The owner could care less if his clients are satisfied. I will never go here again nor would I recommend it to anyone else. I gave the lowest possible rating.They don't even deserve one star.
Pros: free facial wax instead of refund
Cons: hot wax burnt my skin and left marks
