Wonderful emergency service. Our 17 year-old Carrier WeatherMaker furnace went out on a cold Saturday night in January when the temp was predicted to go down to 5 or 0. I appreciated that the recorded answering message gave us the hourly weekend rate up front, rather than shocking us with the news later. The service man returned my call within about 6 minutes and showed up within a half hour. He was courteous and knowledgable. About two hours after he left the furnace stopped again and it turned out to be a different problem from the first visit. It was taken care of with courtesy and efficiency. We thought it was especially considerate of the repair man that he called us the next morning to see if the furnace was still working all right. We bought our old furnace from Roth and it has served us well. The Roth people are always helpful and considerate when we call (which is hardly ever). They have done a fine job in taking care of our annual furnace and A/C tune-ups. Now it is
