I placed a very large order (over $10k) about a year and a half ago from Lighting by Gregory and had no problems with the order at all. I shopped for the best prices and found them to be the lowest for Minka and Designers Fountain lights.\r

I also recently placed a telephone order for a couple of replacement parts about a week ago and they arrived promptly, drop-shipped from the different manufacturers. As a side note, I had called 4 different local lighting stores to get these parts and none of them followed through...when I called Lighting by Gregory, they placed my order during my one and only phone call to them!
