I was lucky to find Richard after moving to Gainesville in 2004. No one else has touched my volvo since. Friendly, honest, and very affordable. I have never left the lot thinking otherwise. Like a previous comment, I too sometimes feel as if I am the one ripping them off.\r

Although they have become considerably busier since the Volvo Dealer left Gainesville, it's still the only place I will go. Too bad they do not work on Subaru's too.
