Solas can, that's who. A girlfriend and I went to Solas on a Friday night around 10 -- the crowd was decent, but not slamming. Certainly not big enough to be messing up drinks. My rum & Coke came with bottom shelf rum and a miniature splash of flat Coke. My friend's Stinger came only with cognac and a splash of lemon juice -- no creme de menthe. She sent it back, and the second came with so much creme de menthe it tasted like you were drinking a Wrigley's spearmint stick. Needless to say, we left before finishing our drinks...time during a girls' night is too precious to waste here. Go up the block to the Hybernion -- better drinks, better atmosphere, much better bartenders.
