Decided to go there for the first time, after hearing about this restaurant for the past few years and thinking it was someplace special... Should have known when we arrived on a Friday night and only one table was occupied. What a disappointment. Ordered the ""special"" halibut poached in olive oil - okay... a bit different, thought it worth the adventure, but it ended up a big let down - fishy after-taste, nothing special about it. The pasta dish - can't recall the name, but it was supposed to be the chicken with capers and pesto - ended up being a shiny glop; tasted like something you could get at Macaroni Grill (and still be disappointed). In sum, way over-priced. They need a new chef and new menu. The ambience is great - it's a lovely place, but it seems they think too highly of themselves. Disappointing. I'll go someplace else.
