I have been taking a group of children for years to this place. It seems that every time we come, they treat us like CRAP! Not only are they rude and inconsiderate to the staff but even the unusual vibes they send to the children are bad. After calling and getting off the phone to see if we could come in, they were not only rude but completely inconsiderate to me and towards my organization. This has been happening for years, yet the children love going to the place and I enjoyed supporting a local store. NEVER will I go there again, or support them. I can’t believe someone could treat someone else like that, especially in a business setting….and I was even talking to a manager. I called Nickle-Mania right after and they were really nice, and even gave us a discount!
