We signed up with Discovery Bay Pest Control because they are local. They sprayed our house and made us sign a one year contract. Then all the insects invaded the inside of the house. We called to have them take care of the issue, and they couldn't send someone out for several days. (They are denying this every time I call them.) Since our house was uninhabitable, we called another pest control service who came within hours. We called Discovery to cancel, who is now charging us a termination fee. Imagine that: they're getting paid because they couldn't do their job right the first time! Unreal!
