Just reading over the ""complaints"" here please notice they are all in the same 2 month period and use the same grammatical tone, and wording. Sounds like a disgruntled employee or customer. Either way when evaluating any place that will be responsible for looking after YOUR children nothing substitutes for a surprise visit, tour, meeting with the owners, and talking to other parents as they leave the establishment.
