After a run in with a deer I used this shop because it is affiliated with my insurance company. Big mistake. At first everything seemed fine, they were very pleasant to work with and had my car back to me within a week. When I picked up the car I noticed that the driver side window was down a little. I didn't think much of it at the time. When I left work that day I noticed that the window wasn't sitting in the seal correctly. I tried rolling it up and down only to have it jump around in and out of the track. Considering the amount of damage the deer did (they had to replace everything on the driver's side of the car) I was surprised they had not also fixed this. I called them the next morning and they asked me to bring the car in which I did. When I got there I was informed that the damage had not been done in the accident, therefore they would not be repairing it. I was shocked to say the least. Not only had they not warned me about this when I picked up the car, but I can't believe they think the window was like that before the accident. I spoke with the owner and she was less than apologetic. I am now working with my insurance company to have the repairs finished at another shop. \r I will never use American Way again and would not recommend it to anyone.\r \r Pros: Nice clean facility. Cons: Didn't fix my car. more
