I'm constantly trying to find awesome brunch places in the city....what can I say, I love breakfast food! Tabard Inn definitely fits the bill. Truly amazing food (I had the french toast) is the norm here, with excellent breakfast cocktails (my favorite is the mimosa), which I recommend drinking while waiting for a seat in the dining area, as it can be busy on the weekend. Don't be deterred by the wait though - it is worth it...instead, revel in the cozy living room waiting area and take in the atmosphere with friends or family. Also, don't miss out on the freshly baked doughnuts - they are a treat! Friendly and enthusiastic servers top off the experience.
