My wife and I were very excited to check this restaurant out as we've been planning on going for a while. We arrived and the atmosphere and pre-dinner drinks were great. The menu and specials sounded awesome however things went downhill from here. The mussel appetizer was very good, not great, but good. The salads arrived about an hour (yes, an hour) after the appetizer. Such a delay is unacceptable, and the salads were decent, but not flavored appropriately and nothing to write home about. The biggest disappointment was our entree. We ordered a special of steelhead served over herb risotto. The steelhead was prepared well, however the risotto was more like cafeteria rice. Very wet, not flavorful and devoid of everything except a sparse sprinkle of DRIED herbs. It was really more of a wet, underdone rice than it was risotto. Definitely a huge disappointment for $19. We won't be back and would suggest that you spend your money at one of the more reliable (and incredible) restaurants that Portland has to offer
