The office called to let us know when the technician was on the way, and he got there well within the time frame given to us. He told my husband everything he was doing with our furnace, and cleaned up around the unit in the attic. He explained how to operate and program our programmable thermostat, and even cleaned around the outside unit. Great technician, and a great experience all around.
