I wanted to have my Ipod wired thru the stereo system in my vehicle. Originally had an appt with another business (Audio Itch). 1st they failed to call me when the necessary parts hadn't arrived saying they didn't have my # which I most definetly had given them. Then I was continually told it was on back order. They never called when they said they would. Well, after dealing with this for 2 weeks, I called Maximum Audio/Buzz off Alarm on Dale Mabry. Troy was wonderful. At first their price for the job was higher but, he matched the price that Audio Itch had quoted me. He called the Parts Rep right in front of me and not only was the part in stock but, it was delivered the next day! When it arrived, Troy called me to advise me of such and that my appt was good to go. When I arrived for the appt they took me right away and the job took only a half hour. He had two men of the job for me. Very professional! The other places I dealt with seemed rushed and as if they didn't care whether they got my business or not. I highly recommend Maximum Audio and Video and ask for Troy.
