Working with Mike was fantastic. Not only did I receive this Christmas gift in a timely fashion, but when I needed to exchange it, I had no problems, even though my jersey had a printed name and number on it. He was very easy to reach via both phone and e mail, and I received my new jersey in a timely fashion as well.
