me and my wife went to sidelines for new years eve had a few drinks and yes i was obnoxious (it was new years eve) we were ready to leave so I asked the bar owner to call us a cab he said it wasn't his job call my own cab. we were staying at Harrahs Reno so we called them and they came and picked us up in a limo now that is what I call customer service. Hopefully the new owner of Sidelines can figure out what customer service is?????
