After much agonizing, I dropped off several sweaters--normally I hand wash all of these items but was too busy to do all of them. Some of the items shrunk and one very expensive knit sweater had a two inch hole in the back. After dry cleaning the item, someone called to alert us to a ""very deceptive little hole"" that they supposedly found on the knit prior to cleaning. First: it had NO hole as it had never been worn (it was very musty and needed to be cleaned). Second: if there had been a hole, they should have called before destroying it. We will never go back there again. I just don't want this to happen to anyone else.
