Unfortunately, the bagels are dry and the service is tremendously slow. I've gone here at lunch time, been the only person in the entire place and not received service for several minutes. The last time I went, I wasn't even greeted and just left without my coffee. These guys really need to step up their game. Their are four or five options for coffee within a 5 minute drive from this spot. Bagels are fresher (and cheaper!) at Publix in the very same plaza. I will not return.
