My husband and I went to the neighborhood restaurant 730 South for New Years Eve and had a fantastic experience! We made reservations, which is a good idea because they were packed! When we got there we were greeted by the hostess, she had a table waiting for us so we were seated promptly. Our server was a cute, younger gal who was very attentive without being annoying. I had a lot of questions about the menu and she answered every one of them and was able to switch my side dishes to anything I wanted. The food was incredible. My husband ordered the Prime rib, (which was one of their 8 specials for the night) and said it was perfect! Cooked exactly how he wanted it and had a generous portion of some sort of gratin potatoes that were delicious. I ordered the Bacon wrapped scallops (highly recommend), also cooked perfectly and again I got to choose any side, not just the ones listed with the dish. For dessert, were ordered the featured Peach cobbler a la mode, which was to die for! Definitely homemade and fresh, we got ours with a side of caramel to add to the ice cream.
They were really busy with several large parties, but our food still came out in what I thought was pretty fast considering it was so busy. And my husband and I agreed that for what we got, the food was reasonably priced, plus you can print out a coupon from their website.
Overall we had a absolutely wonderful night, and we will DEFINITELY be going back!
