First, upon entering, I heard 'Yobo Seo' which is a greeting in Korean. The correct greeting in Japanese would be, 'Irashaimase'............rice was undercooked in my original plate and in the bowl they brought me to make up for the first rice. If the rice isn't right, .....look out! Owner / manager wanted to give me sushi rice instead....which is covered in vinegar.......please! He commented to me, ""wow, you must really like sticky rice."" I replied, ""No, I just like my rice cooked properly."" Also; chicken katsu was way over cooked ....dry like cardboard.
Soft shell crab was obviously prepared beforehand. This is a roll that should be served warm! Salmon sushi was good. Service was great considering the food.....Will I go back you ask?..........Uh......no.
