I first called derek last June for all my big carpenter ants running all over my house and came back a 2nd service predicting the activity was so large they Must be coming from a tree nearby. Well just like he said the infested tree was in an empty lot right across the street and he didn't charge any more for the extra service. Last month my 2nd floor that I rent out infested the whole house with bedbugs and me and my husband were getting bit for weeks before we knew what they were. Well again wel knew to call Derek and he came over and I was afraid of the lack of thorough preparation from my tenant I was Never getting rid of my bed bugs.
