If you are willing to pay the high price, this is a good apartment building for college students. Its quiet, safe, great location for access to North campus, basketball and football stadiums, and has good off street parking
You will have to deal with a party in your parking lot every home game though which can be tiresome and annoying. Hundreds or thousands of drunk people wandering around outside your apartment 6 or 7 times a year isn't a prime situation.
All around a good apartment just way too high of a price for what you get.
