Some of the staff never seems happy to see you. However, one particular staff member, Jim, is awesome. Very, very friendly and helpful, and knows you by name. Makes you feel very comfortable there. The beds are awesome. Always clean with new bulbs. Out of all the tanning salons I've tried, I've gotten the best results from their beds. The packages are cheap, too. The only reason I stopped going there is because the place was very small, which is why you are required to make an appointment. I was a few minutes late once, and I actually had to take that time off my minutes, which I did not appreciate. I don't like planning my entire day around a 15 minute tanning appointment. I like being able to just walk into a nearby salon when it's convenient for me. Otherwise, it's a good place to go.
