I may never go to a fast food joint after eating at Bamboo Noah's. From the choices that would make the typical reataurant blush. I didn't know what to expect my first time there. I ordered their grilled tilapia w/ fruit salad and I was amazed by how fresh and well seasoned it was. I was very surprised by the quality considering I love that type of fish. I can say the same for their Salmon, Sweet and Sour Chicken, and beefs fit similar descriptions. It's amazing quality. I go there every Wednesdays (unless I have conflicts with work) eat and conversate with at least one member of the staff. (I won't reveal who it is but it's a she and I will leave it at that.) If I would have to rank my all-time favorite restaurants, Bamboo Noah's is in the top-five discussion. It's awesome.
