We were so excited to find Campus Bridal, the sales person Teresa was very helpful and promised that our order would be in before the wedding. Unfortunately, when the time came the dress didn't arrive and Teresa was not helpful or compassionate about the situation. She changed her story and told us that it would take 8 weeks before the dress would SHIP OUT not ARRIVE and that since we didn't have what she told us in writing we were out of luck and that, We'd get the dress when we'd get the dress.We were so disappointed with the outcome and realized that her helpfulness in the beginning was only to make a SALE! Our wedding is in 2 weeks and still no dress, but she made sure to charge us for it. We plan to dispute the charge for the sole reason that we still have NOTHING to show for it!
