They burned the sandwich because they were talking to one of their friends (not a customer). The alarm for the toaster was audible and everyone in line (which was to the door) could hear it, but they never bothered to check the bread. Then when we told them that it was burned they said ""So....you don't want it?"" and gave us disgusted looks. Worst service I have ever received. McDonald's service is better. Yeah I said it. I'd rather have people mess up my order than ever have to deal with the incompetence of this subway again.
Pros: absolutely none
Cons: The workers burned our sandwich (it was black)
