I went to Green Apple because of their supposed Co2 cleaning system. They always had problems arranging pick ups from my building. I started bringing clothes to the Greenwich street store but the girls are rude.
This is the second time my clothes came back smelling like some dryer sheet or air freshener perfume. Not what I want from a ""greener cleaner."" I have specifically requested non-scented.
PS After a long absence they had a customer survey call to find out why I stopped coming
Pros: Maybe healthier
Cons: Febreze-like smell in my clothes, expensive, rude help
