we had downloaded the xp antivirus 2010 virus. this thing took over our computer. we called executive computer world, they picked up our computer at 3pm from st. james and had it back at our home the next day! they also installed carbonite offsite backup and showed us how to use our new christmas gifts, a new digital camera and bluray player. we have recommened out family and friends, everything has worked out great!
