My husband and I have been stopping at the Hilton Bistro bar when we are downtown shopping or going to shows. They have a decent happy hour (food but no drink specials) and a classic, cozy atmosphere. However, you never know what you are going to get when it comes to service. While one of the waitresses is super friendly and efficient, there is another one that seems to have a chip on her shoulder. We have solved this problem in the past by sitting in the bar if she is working because we do not want to deal with her.
