Ecentric Computer Solutions has repaired my PC several times over the years and have always been more then fair. Twice have been my fault and once has been a problem with the internet company Charter. Arthur is very direct to the point and made sure I understood exactly what was going on. I can not help but wonder if these other people had an issue is simply because they were being unreasonable.
