I'm a customer of Shasta and I have first hand experiences that enable me to identify with both of the previous reviewers. We have an excellent driver, we get great service. We've had bad drivers and a combination of bad drivers and uncaring office staff makes it really hard to get any service from that company. They have one person in the office (Dottie) who is a great asset to Shasta. If you get her you'll get treated professionally and she'll do everything possible to help you out. Otherwise it's the luck of the draw......
