I am a current resident and have been one for last 4 years. This place has changed over that period of time but only for the best (new siding, new windows, pattio doors). Office staff is always nice and friendly and willing to go extra mile everytime. But that's not the only reason I lived here for so long. I've looked around, but I was not able to find a place priced this low with convenience of being close to downtown and uptown... I live less than a mile from grocery store, my favority happy hr bar, and there is ton of eye candy here.
Pros: Price, close to everything, professional office staff
