I purchased my Hunter Douglas window treatments over five years ago. One of the deciding factors of my choosing Hunter Douglas and Clermont Blinds was the Lifetime Warranty and the quality of the product. Be very careful of this new company. Clermont BLINDS & Decorating does not exist any more but is rather now named Clermont DECORATING & Blinds. They switched the two words and voila...new company. Check the website Sunbiz, The Florida Dept of State, Division of Corporations doen't even list Clermont Blinds and Decorating anymore. This new entity was established March 24, 2008. Here's the kicker, this new entity is operating out of the same address, same phone number but is NOT honoring the warranty of ANY products sold prior to this new entity being formed. You must deal with the manufacturer directly. Seems kind of fraudulent but it is legal as far as business is concerned. Be very careful when dealing with this company.
